The Process

So we ended up making a cinema, a selectable ticketing system that lets you browse through the work as if in a theatre. We incorporated south asian elements from an old book about Hyderabad architecture and modelled the ticket design after old Pakistani and Indian cinema tickets.

The work developed into creating a logo and icon system that drew its inspiration from the motifs and carvings of old Hyderabad. The logo kept a playful spin on the name "Sunnyside" creating an egg shape with interesting hand made typography

The result a unique visual language that not only asks the audience to view the work, but engage with it.
